Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet commenced. Consultations and commenced work are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. You may cease instructions at any time. We reserve the right to cease acting where there is a conflict of interest, a failure to provide required information, or a failure to meet agreed payment obligations. Upon termination, fees for work completed to that point remain payable.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter through direct discussion. If that is unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
